Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can create a workspace, import leads, and generate drafts without a card. The send runner starts when you add billing.

What counts as a lead?

Any business record in your account, regardless of status. Imported leads that were skipped, bounced, or unsubscribed still count against your limit.

Does Resupply own my sending domain?

No. You bring your domain and we configure DKIM and SPF on it. You can remove those DNS records and leave at any time.

What happens if I go over my send limit?

The send runner pauses automatically. Your approved drafts stay queued and resume the next day, or you can upgrade to a higher plan.

Do you handle CAN-SPAM compliance?

Yes. Every email includes a compliant unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are processed automatically and stop all future emails to that address.

Can I use my own Resend account?

Not yet. Resupply manages the Resend integration on your behalf. Your domain, but our Resend account. This is on the roadmap.
